Nettle Ricotta Pasta

Whatever the problem is, pasta is the answer! Especially this devine nettle ricotta pasta.

Instructions: boil 2 liters of fresh nettle 1 min • boil the pasta • slice half a leek and sauté in a pan for 2 mins • add 4 dl of whipping cream to leek and cook for 10 min • add 40 grams of parmigiana to sauce • add 250 grams of ricotta cheese to sauce • add black pepper and salt • add the chopped nettle and one bunch of chopped basil • add a bit of lemon • enjoy
