Warning: this recipe is highly addictive. But no worries, it's good for you. :) Mix 0.5-1 dl Hiid Nettle Powder, 2 dl corn or oat flour, 1 dl sunflower seeds, 1 dl sesame seeds, 0.5 dl flax seeds, 0.5 dl oat flakes, 3/4 olive oil, 2 dl boiling water and half a tsp salt. Form a thin layer on a baking tray and bake in the oven on 150 degrees Celcius for 45-40 mins. After you are finished with baking, leave to dry in an airy place. Enjoy as such or with your usual sandwich toppings.
